North City Diesel
North City Diesel was established about a decade ago, initially in premises on Broken Hill Road, but recently moved to a modern building in Kapuni Grove, with plenty of off street secure parking for large vehicles. They are long time members of the Motor Trade Association, and they operate a very clean and tidy workshop operation.
North City Diesel is owned and operated by Ian Taylor, who has more than 40 year’s experience as a motor mechanic and businessman. Ian is now semi retired, but he stills maintains a daily presence in the workshop, and he brings a ‘no nonsense’ approach to the business.
Ian has used his experience to assemble the best team of mechanics to look after your fleet. Dave McCrindle leads the team from the front and keeps the workshop up to date with latest technology for efficient service.
Dave runs North City Diesel, with a team of four qualified and trained staff the focus is on fleet business, and many of his customers are leaders in the logistics, transport and freight sectors. Whilst their core business is repairs and servicing, North City Diesel do supply batteries and related accessories but they also have a team of specialists they can call on to help out with new tyres, transmission, hydraulics, and electronics.
